Terms of Use

These terms describe Wrytely's early U.S. beta. Additional legal and business details will be completed before a broader public launch.

Eligibility

Wrytely's early U.S. beta is currently for people who are 18 or older. By starting a trial, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Your handwriting and content

You keep your rights in handwriting and content you submit. You give Wrytely the limited permission needed to process, store, render, export, secure, and delete that content while providing the service. By uploading handwriting, you confirm that it is yours or that you have the rights and permission needed to use it.

Free trials

An eligible verified identity may use one three-day Plus trial or one three-day Pro trial—not one of each. A valid payment card is required through Stripe. No charge is made when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the stated trial end, the selected monthly or annual subscription begins automatically and Stripe charges the price disclosed when you started the trial. Creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses to evade the one-trial rule is prohibited. Earlier cardless trial offers are retired and cannot be activated.

Before activation, you must confirm the age requirement, agree to these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy and one-trial protection, and authorize the disclosed post-trial charge. Wrytely records the agreement version and acceptance time with the trial record. You can cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal before the trial ends to avoid a charge.

Paid subscriptions

Before purchase or trial enrollment, Wrytely will display the plan, price, billing interval, renewal terms, and material limits. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected interval until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period unless the purchase screen or applicable law states otherwise.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Wrytely for:

• Impersonation, forgery, fraudulent documents, or deceptive signatures.
• Deception about authorship, identity, consent, or approval.
• Academic dishonesty where prohibited by a school, employer, or institution.
• Harassment, illegal activity, infringement, or violation of another person's rights.
• Automated abuse, account sharing, reselling generations, repeated-trial evasion, or deliberate limit circumvention.

Content and account enforcement

Wrytely may remove, disable, or restrict content, uploaded styles, or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, protect the service, or reduce risk to others. Commercially locked styles are not automatically deleted merely because a trial or subscription ends; they remain locked until access is restored or you delete the style or account.

Watermarking and abuse review

Exports may contain visible, faint, or metadata-based Wrytely markings appropriate to the plan and abuse-prevention policy. Such records may include internal style, account, export-time, and export-type identifiers, but are not intended to contain your email address or secret credentials.
